Bath & Body Works appoints new board director
Bath & Body Works has appointed Steve Voskuil as a new independent member of its board of directors.
Since 2019, Voskuil has been working as senior vice president and chief financial officer at The Hershey Company, where he is responsible for leading global finance across financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit and investor relations.
Prior to this, he worked with global medical device company Avanos Medical (previously Halyard Health) where he was chief financial officer. His CV also includes 23 years working with Kimberly-Clark Corporation where he held various leadership positions.
Sarah Nash, Bath & Body Works chair, said: “We are very pleased to welcome a finance leader of Steve’s calibre as the newest director on our board. We are confident the company and board will benefit from his insights across areas directly relevant to our business as we advance our efforts to drive long-term value creation and position Bath & Body Works for the future.”
Voskuil’s appointment follows the recent hiring of Conagra Brands’ Lucy Brady as an independent director.
