Bath & Body Works appoints chief diversity officer
Bath & Body Works has appointed Kelie Charles as chief diversity officer.
This means she will become the principal diversity, equity and inclusion leader and strategist for the company as it looks to ensure it is a diverse, equitable and inclusive organisation.
Charles has joined the business from The Home Depot where she held a similar role. She also previously worked as a buyer for Target and as a merchant for The Home Depot.

Kelie brings a deep experience in this area to help forward this work for our organisation.”
