Bath & Body Works appoints chief customer officer
Bath & Body Works has appointed Maurice Cooper to the newly created position of chief customer officer.
Due to start his new role on 22 May, he will be responsible for executing a comprehensive strategy to strengthen and elevate the brand. This will include growing Bath & Body Works’ customer base through the development of a “personalised, connected and compelling” end-to-end customer experience.
Cooper previously served as senior vice president, marketing – guest and brand experience at Target Corporation where he oversaw all omnichannel traffic and developed and executed brand, category and promotional marketing. His prior roles also include working as chief growth and experience officer and chief marketing officer at Wingstop Restaurants where he helped drive increased brand awareness, as well as transaction and same-store sales growth.
