Aldimania launches in time for festival season

Budget chain Aldi are to bring back the supermarket’s “iconic” Aldimania clothing range on 23 July 2023.

Ahead of festival season, the supermarket will relaunch the sellout collection that will including a bucket that according to the brand ‘will have festival goers camping out in the middle aisle ready for the launch’.

Limited edition items will include a reversible Aldimania Bucket Hat (£4.99) with one side featuring a rainbow pattern of Aldi logos and the other a crisp white with a large rainbow logo.

Also within the collection will be a Aldimania T-Shirts (£6.99), with a choice of two designs both donning the iconic Aldi logo, and a pair of Aldi sliders in a choice of rainbow colours.

Last autumn, the brand introduced a sports clothing range which was dubbed ‘Aldidas’. Introducing a clothing collection can bring in new customers who are interested in fashion but might not have considered the supermarket as a destination for clothing shopping. This increased foot traffic can also lead to higher sales in other departments.

A spokesperson for the brand commented that these new products are only available for a limited time only and “when they’re gone, they’re gone!”
