Zalando teams up with Karl Lagerfeld
Fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld has teamed up with Zalando to create a new sportswear inspired collection for the online fashion retailer.
The Sport City capsule range includes 18 styles which mix modern sport materials with fashion fabrics. The clothing and accessories feature perforated leather, light neoprene and crepe as well as strong detailing such as metallic foil straps, zippers and grosgrain tape.
Claudia Reth, Zalando fashion director, said: “We are super excited to be working with designer label Karl Lagerfeld, and offer the capsule collection exclusively online. Karl Lagerfeld has been part of our premium offering for the second season, and aspires to those who love their designer labels.”
The collection is being supported onsite by the ‘Karl Likes Sports’ campaign by Jan Welters.
