Wickes launches Matchmaker Tool to help customers choosing kitchens and bathrooms

Wickes has launched a new online tool which aims to be a gamechanger in helping customers choose elements of new kitchens and bathrooms.

The Matchmaker Tool simplifies the sometimes daunting task of choosing a design and also delivers personalised recommendations.

It works by asking five questions about style, layout, and desired features. The tool’s intelligent rule based quiz then generates tailored recommendations for everything from cabinets and worktops to appliances and accessories such as pendant lighting and wine coolers.

Tony Collier, senior product manager at Wickes, said: “The Wickes Matchmaker Tool takes the guesswork out of the design process, empowering anyone to imagine their dream space with ease.

“Whether you’re working with a small space or looking to incorporate premium features, the tool provides expert guidance and clever solutions, such as slimline dishwashers and space-saving storage options, to maximise every inch.”

Once customers get their results, they can book a consultation with a Wickes design consultant or save their design for future reference.
