White Stuff, Skechers and Tiger sign up to Cribbs Causeway

The Mall at Cribbs Causeway has signed up Tiger, Skechers and White Stuff for new stores.

M&G Real Estate and Intu said that all three brands have taken ten year leases at the South West shopping centre. This follows recent lettings to Kiko, Virgin Holidays and Smiggle.

Speaking on behalf of the joint owners, Scott Linard, director of asset management and leasing at M&G Real Estate, said: “The Mall at Cribbs Causeway continues to receive significant interest from both national and international brands, and this interest is only set to grow. These new deals prove that the centre is perceived as a must-trade location by brands seeking expansion in the South West and we look forward to welcoming retailers interested in the few remaining units this year.”

Tiger will take a 2,400 square foot store while fashion and lifestyle brand White Stuff will occupy a 2,563 square foot shop.

Meanwhile, American footwear company Skechers has signed to take a 2,300 square foot store.

In addition to the new signings, New Look has upsized to a 13,174 square foot store while fashion brand Joules has secured a 1,000 square foot extension to its existing store.
