Wheatley Retail Park signs up Next and M&S Simply Food
Next and Marks & Spencer Simply Food have signed up to two new units at Wheatley Retail Park in Doncaster.
Next is to upsize to a 23,518 sq ft unit with a full cover mezzanine floor while Marks & Spencer Simply Food will open its first store at the park by taking a 12,502 sq ft unit.
The British Land operated centre is situated on the north west edge of Doncaster. Other retailers at the shopping park include TK Maxx, Boots, Matalan and Sports Direct.
Duncan Reader, asset manager for British Land, said: “We look forward to welcoming a full line Next, and a new Marks & Spencer Simply Food to Wheatley Retail Park. Both retailers are known for driving footfall and will enhance the already strong tenant mix at the park. We are delighted that through our strong relationship with both retailers we are now able to offer more choice to our customers.”
