West Elm continues UK expansion in partnership with John Lewis
US furniture retailer West Elm is continuing its UK expansion with the launch of three additional John Lewis shop-in-shops.
The expansion has seen West Elm open concessions in John Lewis stores in High Wycombe, Milton Keynes and Southampton to add to its flagship West Elm store in London and the initial 1,000 square foot shop-in-shop in John Lewis Oxford Street.
The newly introduced shop-in-shops cover a total of over 1,700 square feet of retail space and will sell furniture, lighting and accessories. Textiles, including decorative pillows and a collection of Fair Trade Certified rugs, will also be featured.
Known for its designer collaborations, West Elm has included in its John Lewis offering a chair designed by John Vogel, dinnerware from South Africa-based Potters Workshop, and a chair from UK-based designer James Harrison.
West Elm plans to introduce the brand’s core styles and products to the rest of the UK through further shop-in-shop openings at John Lewis stores later in the year.
