Vente-privee appoints new country sales manager
Vente-privee.com, the online flash sales operator, has appointed Alain Moreaux as its new country sales manager.
In the newly created position, Moreaux will be responsible for the company’s markets in the UK, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
Commenting on his appointment Moreaux said: “Vente-privee.com is one of the few French companies that have managed to be successful internationally. Especially in e-commerce, there are very few companies with a similar track record. I am delighted to be part of this fast growing company and to participate in its development. Along with my whole team, I am very much looking forward to this new venture.”
Moreaux has been CEO and chairman of several fashion and retail companies including Gentleman Farmer, Cortefiel and the Blue Salon Group. He has also been president of GAP in France and vice president of the international division of the GAP Group.
