Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announces host of signings for Croydon’s Centrale & Whitgift
Shopping centre operator Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced a host of new lease signings for Centrale & Whitgift in Croydon.
These include a first store in the capital for Loupe, the luxury diamond, fine jewellery and watch brand, the return of shoe retailer Deichmann to Croydon, and lease renewals from Trespass, No.1 Currency Exchange and Sarraf Jewellers.
Loupe, a new venture from Beaverbrooks, has opened a 5,350 square foot store in Croydon as part of a £6 million investment in the brand. The store is the exclusive seller of Rolex, Omega and Breitling in Croydon.
Meanwhile, Izzy Home Store is expanding its presence in England by taking a 3,295 square foot site and Deichmann has opened in a 6,458 square foot space.
