UKRadiators.com appoints new operations director

Former Tiffany & Co executive Mark Webber has been appointed as operations director at UKRadiators.com.

The move forms part of the online radiator retailer’s growth plans.

Reporting to UKRadiators.com managing director Rob Nezard, Webber will be responsible for overseeing supply chain management, enhancing business operations, and improving overall efficiency. This will include implementing a new forecasting engine as well as an upcoming CMS for enhanced delivery choices at the point of sale.

Webber was previously head of operations at Pioneer Europe and before that worked Tiffany & Co where he was instrumental in building the luxury brand’s ecommerce operations.

Nezard said: “Mark’s leadership style and deep understanding of ecommerce operations stood out to us. His approach to retaining and developing key team members was a significant factor in his selection, aligning with UKRadiators.com’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment, he is a great fit in terms of skills and culture.”

Webber added: “UKRadiators.com’s reputation for staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience is impressive. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to and further develop these initiatives.”
