BHS managing director Richard Price is to leave the company to join Tesco’s F&F clothing business, according to reports.
Having joined BHS in 2012, Price was previously trading director at Marks & Spencer for seven years and is a former merchandise manager at Next.
Van de Velde, the owner of Rigby & Peller, said that retail turnover increased by 6.8% in local currency at the lingerie brand in 2014. On a like-for-like basis retail turnover increased by 1.6%.
Gucci has appointed Stéphane Linder as Gucci timepieces and jewellery president and chief executive.
Reporting Gucci president and chief executive Marco Bizzarri, Linder was previously president and chief executive of TAG Heuer.
