Trudon and Metal Morphosis to join line-up at Seven Dials
French candlemaker Trudon is set to open its first UK physical store at Covent Garden’s Seven Dials this June.
Founded in 1643, the brand is the oldest active candlemaker in the world and makes its products in Normandy.
Situated in Monmouth Street, the shop will stock Trudon’s luxury range of candles, perfumes, diffusers and room sprays and will be close to brands such as Aesop, Kiehl’s, Le Labo, Miller Harris and Pierre Herme Paris.
Meanwhile, piercing and jewellery retailer Metal Morphosis will be opening a new store in Seven Dials’ Earlham Street this month. The shop will evolve the brand’s offer by adding several bespoke services including fine-line tattoos.
Clients will also be able to book with reputable guest piercers and tattoo artists who will host exclusive sessions once a month. Fans of the 30-year-old family-founded business include the likes of Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Millie Bobby Brown.
The announcements follow news that British wellness brand Elemis is to launch its first London standalone store in Seven Dials later this spring. This will be followed by the opening of an Axel Arigato flagship store in the summer.
Shaftesbury Capital said the signings demonstrate the continued success of Seven Dials (pictured).
