GENERAL MERCHANDISE NEWS

Top brands sign up for London Designer Outlet

When it comes to dressing for less, the focus at London Designer Outlet will be on dressing homes as well as the families who live in them.

With this in mind, the Capital’s first designer outlet centre has today confirmed signings with two top, international homeware brands, Villeroy & Boch and Oneida.

The new signings – which between them offer high end, contemporary china, glassware and cutlery – have signed 10 year leases, will occupy a total of 2,034ft2 and be located in a homewares cluster, anticipated to stretch to a further five retail units.

Beyond the cluster, these brands join the four retail anchors Marks & Spencer, GAP, Clarks and Nike, a host of style leaders such as LK Bennett, Superdry and Guess, and a variety of food and drink options, all adding to London Designer Outlet’s appeal for those looking for an ideal day out.

Never Miss a Retail Update!

The 350,000ft2 centre currently under construction at Wembley will open its doors for the first time at the end of the year and already has over 50% occupancy on its 100 units, 85 of which have been designated for retail. Like all retailers in the centre, the two new signings will be required to offer discounts between 30 and 70% off high street prices.

Located adjacent to Wembley Stadium and Arena, plus a new four star Hilton, the centre, which also boasts a new nine-screen Cineworld, is easily accessible by road, rail and Tube.
