Discount supermarket Netto has made a return to the UK with the opening of a store at the Moor Allerton retail park in Leeds.
The store has been launched as part of a joint venture between Sainsbury’s and the Danish retail brand which will include the opening of an initial 15 stores.
If successful, the new format could rolled out across the UK.

The discount retailer has collected the funds over the last year by donating money raised from the 5p carrier bag charge in its stores across Wales.
This is the third year in a row that Poundland has made a sizeable donation to help fund the work of the charity, raising over £174,000 in total.
