The Range and Wilko owner launches recruitment drive for new distribution centre
CDS Superstores, the owner of The Range and Wilko, has opened a new state-of-the-art distribution centre in Suffolk.
Situated in Stowmarket, the warehouse is the largest in the area and has created almost 1,000 new job roles.
The new facility will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are delivered to The Range and Wilko stores across the country.
CDS said it is looking to fill a variety of positions across multiple departments in the lead up to Christmas and beyond. These include warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, systems administrators and inventory operatives.
Ian Lucas, general manager of CDS Superstores Stowmarket distribution centre, said: “We’re thrilled to be expanding our team here at the centre and we have a number of permanent positions across a variety of roles.
