The Perfume Shop opens new experiential store in Coventry

The Perfume Shop has opened a new and improved experiential store at the West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry.

The store features a new layout and a range of upgraded services, including digital screens and personalised ribbon machines. It also offers The Perfume Shop’s signature expert fragrance consultations, complimentary gift wrapping and a recycling service where customers can drop off used perfume bottles to receive 15% off their next purchase.

The shop also benefits from energy efficient LED lighting as part of The Perfume Shop’s commitment to reducing energy consumption by 30% by 2030 versus 2015.

The store’s manager Hannah, who has worked for The Perfume Shop for over nine years, said: “Our new experiential store has been a tremendous success, thanks to the support of our customers.

“With our enhanced services and modern layout, we’re delighted to see our visitors enjoying the personalised experiences and sustainable initiatives we’ve introduced.”
