The One stop retail solution shop!

As retailers, you get bombarded every day with the latest innovation that promises to solve all your problems. So where do you start? Wouldn�t it be nice if you could spend just one where all the very best new technologies were on hand to try out and discuss? Where you could hear from other retailers about their experiences of solving similar challenges. And continue the discussion over lunch and drinks?

The annual BT for Retail Summit is an opportunity to do all of that. The day is split into three parts. In the morning you’ll hear keynote speeches from a variety of inspirational speakers, including the latest omnichannel research from Forrester, a glimpse of your future wardrobe from CuteCircuit and the next stage in loyalty. And all hosted by BT Sport’s Jake Humphrey.
After the keynote speeches the day splits into three steams of retailer-led breakout sessions. So there are many opportunities to dig into the detail and hear about the successes – and key learnings – of other retailers in different areas, from store systems to supply chain, through CRM, merchandising, loyalty and e-commerce. This year there are sessions from Charles Clinkard, EE, Halfords, Supergroup, and Wagamama among others.
One of the most popular features of the event – in addition to the free food – is the technology demonstration showcase, which runs right throughout the day. That means that between sessions, over lunch or at the end of the day, you can chat to a range of handpicked suppliers and get the very latest news on their products and services.
