The North Face names Jeremy de Maillard as vice president of marketing EMEA

Outdoor brand The North Face has appointed Jeremy de Maillard as its vice president of marketing EMEA.

De Maillard previously worked for six years in the same position at footwear brand Vans, which like The North Face is part of VF Corporation.

In his new role he will report to Arne Arens, vice president and general manager of The North Face EMEA, and will be fully dedicated to The North Face while continuing to oversee the House of Vans project in London for the foreseeable future.

Arens said: “Jeremy brings with him great experience and knowledge that will help us to take The North Face brand to the next level in EMEA. His consumer understanding and digital marketing vision will be key for us and we look forward to integrating him into our team.”

De Maillard added: “The past six years at Vans have been amazing and I’m thankful to the entire Vans family for our journey together. It’s an honour to be given the opportunity to contribute to two of VF’s biggest brands and I’m very much looking forward to this new and exciting challenge at The North Face.”
