The Entertainer relaunches Westfield London flagship
Toy retailer The Entertainer has relaunched its global flagship store at Westfield London following a £700,000 refurbishment.
The 4,500 square foot space has been refitted with the aim of offering children a more immersive shopping experience. The in-store journey is led by new technologies such as animated window screens, interactive floor projections, augmented reality mirrors and ‘The Launch Pad’ Tech Tables.
Gary Grant, founder and managing director of The Entertainer, said: “It is our ambition that this store becomes not just an engaging place to shop, but an exciting place for children to play too. It is The Entertainer store of the future and puts fun at the heart of the toy shopping experience, whilst supporting our vision of every childhood filled with wonder.”
The opening follows news that the Entertainer has increased its profit by 37% in the year to 27 January. There was also a 6.8% rise in total sales in the period.
