The Entertainer enters Egypt through new franchise partnership

The Entertainer is embarking on a partnership with Egyptian company Arabic Triangle in which seven Toy World Egypt stores will be converted to The Entertainer.

It will also include a new store opening in the Mall of Egypt in November.

In a statement The Entertainer said customers can expect to see over 500 exclusive products in the stores as well as a wide selection of the newest brands.

Gary Grant, The Entertainer’s founder and chairman, said: “Egypt has a growing population and we’re excited to introduce The Entertainer as a destination for play to new consumers. When it comes to our international growth, we’re very ambitious and are already looking at additional launches across central Europe and South East Asia throughout the rest of the year. In addition, we’re also expecting to expand with our existing partners across the world.”

Founded 37 years ago, The Entertainer currently has 145 shops in the UK and 20 international stores.
