The Cotswold Company launches with John Lewis to strengthen omnichannel reach

The Cotswold Company is extending its omnichannel reach through a partnership with John Lewis in which a collection of its furniture will be sold on the department store’s website and in-store at Peter Jones.

Products will span bedroom, dining and living room furniture, including dining chairs, tables and sideboards, as well as console tables, dressers, beds and wardrobes..

Orders will be fulfilled via The Cotswold Company’s specialist, white-glove home delivery service.

Ralph Tucker, chief executive  of The Cotswold Company, said: “We’re really excited to partner with John Lewis. Like The Cotswold Company, John Lewis is a brand synonymous with quality and value.

“We see this as a fantastic opportunity to introduce The Cotswold Company to more consumers – particularly in-person at its iconic Peter Jones store – while leveraging our in-house home delivery service to add after purchase value.”

The news follows company’s recent agreement to list on Next’s platform as part of its omnichannel growth strategy .

Tucker added: “With our new partnerships with John Lewis Partnership and Next – both of which have gone live in time for Christmas – we’re making tangible steps towards delivering growth and becoming one of the UK’s leading premium homeware brands.”
