Tensator named as Cool Vendor by analyst firm
Tensator, the queue management specialist, has been included in the list of “Cool Vendors” in the Retail Cool Vendors 2012 report by Gartner, Inc.
The firm was selected as a Retail Cool Vendor for its next generation digital signage solution, the Tensator Virtual Assistant. The technology communicates messages to queuing customers using the latest in projected imaging and audio-visual technology to create the illusion of a real person to improve the in-store experience.
