Ted Baker appoints former Kardstadt CEO as non-exec director
Fashion retailer Ted Baker has appointed former Karstadt Group chief executive Andrew Jennings as a non-executive director.
Prior to heading up the German department store chain where he worked until the end of last year, Jennings held senior positions at a number of UK and international retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Holt Renfrew, Harrods, House of Fraser and Brown Thomas.
Jennings has also recently been appointed as the senior retail adviser to the Myers department store group in Australia.
Joining the Ted Baker board on 1 February, Jennings will be appointed to the audit, nomination and remuneration committees after a period of induction with the company.
