Ted Baker announces two promotions within senior team
Fashion retailer Ted Baker has announced that Lindsay Page has been taken on the role of chief operating officer in addition to his role as group finance director.
The retailer also said that Charles Anderson has been appointed as finance director of the company’s subsidiaries, in addition to his role as company secretary of the business.
Ted Baker non-executive chairman David Bernstein said: “We are pleased to announce these promotions, which will support Ted Baker as we continue to develop the brand globally.”
Founder and chief executive Ray Kelvin added: “I’m delighted by these appointments. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Lindsay and Charles as Ted Baker grows as a global lifestyle brand.”
Last month, Ted Baker reported that group revenue grew by 17.9% year-on-year in the 19 weeks to 7 June as it continued its overseas expansion. Retail sales climbed by 15.8%.
