T-Mobile acquires five new UK stores
T-Mobile, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, has acquired five new stores in Camden, Kidderminster, Lowestoft, Orpington and Pontefract.
In Camden, north London, the mobile phone retailer has taken the 1,604 sq ft (149 sq m) unit at 187 High Street on a 15-year lease from L&G, advised by BCL.
9 High Street, Kidderminster, Worcestershire has been taken on a 15-year lease from Glanmore Kidderminster Guernsey Trust, advised by Churston Heard. The two-storey unit totals 1,390 sq ft (129 sq m).
In Lowestoft, Suffolk, a 1,390 sq ft (129 sq m) unit at 106 London Road has been taken on a 15-year lease. The landlord, MJ & CJ Tagg, was advised by Kevin Taylor.
An assignment has been taken on the 831 sq ft (77 sq m) unit at 203 High Street, Orpington, Kent from C&J Properties, with the current lease expiring in July 2015. Brian Cradick advised the landlord.
Finally, 24 Market Place, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, had been taken on a 15-year lease from Candama Investors ltd, advised by Rees Denton. The three-storey retail unit totals 2,286 sq ft (212 sq m).
