SuperGroup COO steps down
SuperGroup has confirmed that its chief operating officer Diane Savory has decided to step down from the board and to leave the company for personal reasons.
Savoury, who has worked with SuperGroup’s founder, Julian Dunkerton, for over 20 years “played a crucial role in preparing it for flotation and creating a dynamic platform for growth through making a number of key management appointments,” SuperGroup said in a company statement.
Last month Supergroup, which recently opened a concession in Harrods, reported a 86.9% surge in quarterly sales as it opened a string of new stores.
Julian Dunkerton, CEO, said:“We fully respect and understand Diane’s decision. It has been a pleasure to work with her over the last 20 years and I know she will remain passionate about the Company and its future. She has always been highly professional, a good friend and I personally wish her well.”
