Supergroup chooses Box Cielo to add performance and durability to its back office PC estate
Supergroup, the owner of the Superdry fashion brand, has opted to upgrade all managers’ back-office PCs for its UK and Ireland store estate. The company has selected the Cielo product from solutions provider Box Technologies.
The roll-out, which began in May 2013, will see 130 units installed across the UK with further units required for international expansion.
The Cielo modular is a high performance point-of-sale PC that is designed with high flexibility and scalability in mind. This i3 modular unit offers in-store flexibility allowing it to be utilised in the back office.
Neil Hooper, business systems manager at Supergroup, said: “We selected the Box cielo solution, after a competitive tender, due to the physical size of the product, its durability and also its high processing power and speed. It is well designed and built, and is completely fit for a demanding retail environment.”
