Superdrug sponsors Love Island
Superdrug has embarked on a sponsorship deal with TV programme Love Island.
With the second series starting on 30 May, the show is hosted by Caroline Flack and features singletons looking for the ultimate summer romance while competing for a £50,000 prize.
As part of Superdrug sponsorship, which runs for one season, there will be a 15 second opening credit, ten second bumpers during the show and a five second closing credit. Superdrug will also be providing own brand holiday essentials for the contestants including Solait suncare and bronzing.
Grant Spicer, Superdrug head of customer communication, said: “We are delighted to sponsor the new season of ITV2’s Love Island and think it’s a perfect fit for Superdrug. Summer is a key time for our stores and this sponsorship will allow us to showcase our own brand holiday products in prime time TV slots at this peak time.”
