Superdrug on the lookout for next big thing in health and wellbeing

Superdrug is holding a second Open House event as it looks for new healthcare and wellbeing brands to launch products and services in its high street stores and online.

To be held on 12 May, the event will offer brands the chance to showcase their products and services to Superdrug’s key buying contacts.

Superdrug’s first health and wellbeing Open House event in September resulted in fitness brand Pineapple launching in stores this year. Superdrug said the event is designed to make it easier for smaller companies to pitch to a national retailer.

Healthcare director at Superdrug, Michael Henry, said: “We saw a diverse range of brands last year from pet health products to sexual health, which resulted in successfully launching Pineapple into our ever growing healthcare portfolio. We are very excited to be holding another event in May after the success of last year, and we hope to discover the next big thing in health and wellbeing.”
