Steady trading at Brown & Jackson

New distribution centre has improved branch product availability and has led to stronger sales growth.

Sales for the 8 weeks ending 23rd July are up +3.0 per cent like for like, giving a cumulative position for the 21 week period to 23rd July of – 2.7 per cent like for like
The …instore rollout has continues with 17 stores converted and 5 new stores added. The group now has 109 stores trading under the …instore brand, which represents 45% of total turnover.
The company is proposing at today’s AGM that the Company’s name is changed from Brown & Jackson plc to …instore plc.’
