Seminar to help retailers unlock loyalty profits
Retailers will be shown how to boost their profits by making the most of their loyalty programmes and customer data, in a free seminar held for the industry by loyalty specialist Ikano Insight.
The event, to be held on 21st May at the Direct Marketing Association on Oxford Circus in London, will focus on how retailers can use their loyalty programmes to optimise customer loyalty and engagement.
From 10am to 2pm, the seminar will feature loyalty masterclasses from the business’s experts, who have worked alongside household names such as IKEA and Jaeger.
The four sessions consist of: an introduction to loyalty as a business-wide strategy; using data for customer relationship management (CRM) to drive loyalty and ROI; using technology to its best potential for loyalty solutions and, finally, a look at the future of customer engagement and loyalty marketing.
Never Miss a Retail Update!Barry Smith, senior consultant at Ikano Insight and one of the event’s speakers, believes that retailers will be able to use the seminar to boost their profits beyond what they might expect:
“Modern consumers are looking for increasingly personal ways to engage with their favourite brands,” he explains.
“An effective loyalty scheme not only allows retailers to provide these communication channels, but also enables them to collect much more accurate data about their customers, so that they can develop ways to personally target an individual’s needs and lifestyle.
“This is where the biggest ROI opportunity lies, and this knowledge is what we want to share with the retail businesses that come along on the 21st.”
Barry Smith will also be speaking at the Retail Bulletin’s 5th Customer Loyalty Conference, 10th June 2014. Click here to register.
