Samsung launches new experience store at Westfield London

Samsung Electronics has launched a new Samsung experience store in Westfield London.

The brand’s fourth experience store in the capital, it will be operated by Partner Retail Services, the operator of the Samsung Experience Stores in the UK.

Samsung said the shop will offer the widest range of Samsung mobile, tablet and wearable products currently available to buy.

Andy Webb, director of Samsung experience stores, said: “We are pleased to announce a new addition to our Samsung Experience Store portfolio in Westfield London. Customers value the in-store experience, having the chance to speak to our friendly product experts and get hands-on with our innovative devices, so we’re excited to be welcoming customers as we enter the New Year”.

Laura Waters, general manager at Westfield London, added: “Through our in-house media agency Westfield Rise, we have partnered with Samsung for over a decade and we have no doubt this immersive physical store will excel on experience and innovation as we’ve seen through in-centre activations over the years. We’re delighted to continue our joint ambition to deliver amazing experiences for our customers.”
