Royal Exchange appoints new general manager

The Royal Exchange luxury shopping destination in The City of London has appointed Helene Guichoux as general manager.

Guichoux’s main responsibilities will include day-to-day retail operations as well as developing strong relationships with brands within the centre.

Having previously worked in hotel and retail management, Guichoux’s prior roles include working at Candy & Candy private residences as well as five years at Ralph Lauren as facilities manager.

Guichoux said: “I am thrilled to join the management team of such a prestigious landmark. I look forward to collaborating with the local partners and retailers on our core operational strategies and together, to contribute to the success of the scheme.”
