Retail staff and celeb stylist in marathon run for Retail Trust
Celebrity stylist Mark Heyes and three first time retail runners from Matalan, Moda Menswear and BrightHouse braved the 26.2 miles of the iconic Virgin London Marathon on Sunday.

Mark (pictured), who finished the race in 3 hours 39 minutes said: “This was my first marathon and I really wanted to run for Retail Trust. The support the charity gives to retail staff is invaluable and I want everyone to know who Retail Trust are and what they’re about.”

James Harden, Moda Menswear’s Event Director, who came in at 5 hours 10 minutes said, “Throughout the race, I kept thinking that my reaching the finish line would be helping others and I really couldn’t have got to the end without the support I’ve received from all my friends and colleagues.”
Never Miss a Retail Update!BrightHouse’s Property Coordinator, Sarah Antar who finished in 4 hours 23 minutes said, “Retail Trust is such an important cause as the charity helps people going through all kinds of struggles, from illness to bankruptcy, so it’s great to be running to help people in all kind of situations. My struggle of 26.2 miles pales in comparison to what some people have to suffer.”
Nigel J L Rothband, Retail Trust Chief Executive said,“We are so proud of all of our runners. Having run the London Marathon before I know just how much of a challenge it is, so to have completed it and raised £16,000 is a massive achievement.
