Poundland launches own cosmetics range

Poundland is launching its own range of cosmetics called Make Up Gallery.

The 100-strong range will be launched in a number of stores at the end of the month and will be available in all 480 of the retailer’s stores by mid-November.

Make Up Gallery will offer everything from foundation and concealer for a variety of skin tones to eye make-up, lipsticks and nail polish. All of the items will be priced at £1.

Poundland chief executive Jim McCarthy said “We’re very proud of our new Make Up Gallery range which is available at our famous £1 price point, offering amazing value.

Never Miss a Retail Update!

“The cosmetics industry can be notoriously pricey so we are very proud to launch a new and stylish range that makes the latest beauty looks and trends accessible to everyone. So now, for under £10, women of all ages can stock up their make-up bags for less.”

Poundland is planning to develop the range over time to reflect trends and seasonal changes.
