Pets at Home launches one hour click & collect service

Pets at Home is launching an express 60-minute click & collect service as it looks to make online shopping more convenient for customers.

Customers will be able to make their order then pick up their packages one hour later at their chosen store. If  heavy or large items are included in the order, these can be delivered separately to the customer’s home at a later date.

Pets at Home will use OneStock technology to unify its inventory throughout the business to enable shoppers to get an accurate picture of stock availability when ordering.

Chris Holyland, group digital director at Pets at Home, said: “We know our customers love to collect their orders from our stores, so enhancing the collection experience through the launch of same day, one hour click & collect will help us meet expectations.”
