Pets at Home appoints former Britvic CEO Paul Moody as non-exec director
Pets at Home has strengthened its board with the appointment of former Britvic chief executive Paul Moody as a non-executive director.
Having spent 17 years at Britvic, including the last eight as chief executive, Moody led Britvic’s successful IPO in 2005 and the rapid expansion of its brands both in the UK and overseas.
He is currently chief executive of Food Freshness Technology and is also a non-executive director at Johnson Service Group where he will take up the role of non-executive chairman in May.
Pets at Home chairman Tony DeNunzio said: “Paul’s background and extensive experience and understanding of brand, marketing and consumer dynamics will be particularly useful as we continue to expand and grow Pets at Home. He has a strong track record in consumer-facing industries and will be a valuable addition to our Board following our successful IPO.”
