Parcelforce appoints operations director
Parcelforce Worldwide has appointed Alistair Cochrane as operations director.
Due to join the business on 25 April, Cochrane has had a long career in the express parcels industry, having worked for TNT in a variety of roles including general management, sales and operations.
From 2010 to 2014, he was managing director TNT UK and Ireland for TNT Express Services amd more recently was working with Amey as an interim project director.
Gary Simpson, managing director of Parcelforce Worldwide, said: “I am delighted to announce that Alistair Cochrane will be joining Parcelforce Worldwide as Operations Director. Alistair brings with him a great deal of experience from other high-profile roles he has held in the express parcels industry. I look forward to working with Alistair.”
