Pandora joins line-up at Cwmbran Shopping

Cwmbran Shopping has secured two new tenants and three new leases.

Jeweller Pandora has signed to take a 1,250 square foot unit while foreign exchange company, Eurochange, will occupy a new 290 square foot shop at the South Wales centre.

In addition, Game, Vodafone and O2 have all signed new five year leases. Game will amalgamate its operations into one large 3,469 square foot unit at 24 The Mall, and Vodafone and O2 have signed to remain at 5 South Walk and 26 South Walk respectively.

Rupert Milne, asset manager at M&G Real Estate, said: “These new deals demonstrate retailers’ commitment to Cwmbran Shopping. Retail businesses understand that our scheme is a community focal point that attracts consumers to re-visit on a daily basis. With over 170 shops serving 18 million customers annually, Cwmbran Shopping’s retail line-up goes from strength to strength and these deals are part of our strategy to ensure it is continually improving.”
