Nisa launches new website to drive engagement
Symbol group Nisa has launched a new consumer website as it looks to drive consumer engagement and increase brand awareness.
Created by the Nisa digital team, the website has a new look and feel and also includes new features such as a recipes page, information on Nisa’s new Heritage range and information on its ‘Making a Difference Locally’ charity.
The site also provides Nisa members with the facility to develop their own store page, which is situated on the store locator, allowing them to communicate offers, feed in their social links and communicate their in store offers and facilities locally, to help drive footfall and loyalty.
Nisa said the new site will also enable the group to use more targeted consumer marketing though a better understanding of what Nisa’s customer’s like and share, the competitions they enter and the products they add to their shopping list. The website will also provide more opportunities for suppliers to promote their products to the Nisa shopper.

We have worked closely with our partners to create a website which is very impactful in terms of design and provides consumers with the user friendly functionality they want, and all the information they need about Nisa at a click of a button. “The website allows Nisa to lead the way in online and convenience, stand out from its competitors online, and is the first step in Nisa’s online strategy to further improve the platforms through which it communicates. This paves the way for many exciting new initiatives already in the planning stages.”
