Nigel Cover appointed President of MSPA Europe

Nigel Cover, executive board director and head of the performance measurement and mystery shopping arm of Grass Roots, has been appointed President of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association Europe. Cover will serve a two-year term.

With a global membership of more than 330 companies, the MSPA is dedicated to improving service quality and strengthening the mystery shopping industry.

Speaking at the MSPA’s recent annual conference in Barcelona, Nigel Cover said: “I feel very honoured. My key focus now is to help maximise the professional use of Mystery Shopping amongst clients, providers and mystery shoppers.  We will also work to increase knowledge and share best practice around the major issues which directly and indirectly affect mystery shopping, for the benefit of the membership and our market as a whole.  As this conference has shown, the MSPA is a very progressive association and and I’m looking forward to the next two years with great anticipation”.
