Next opens at Brent Cross Shopping Park

New store for fashion retailer
Next has opened a new store at Brent Cross Shopping Park this week, the fifth store opening since the north London shopping park was completed in December 2004.

Owned by Standard Life Investments and Hammerson, Brent Cross Shopping Park is the largest open A1 shopping park in north London.
Next is trading from 4,500 sq m, comprising a ground floor, and of space arranged across two mezzanine levels. The opening represents a major expansion in the area for the fashion and homeware retailer, which relocated from Brent Cross shopping centre.
Other retailers to have opened at Brent Cross Shopping Park include DFS, Borders, Sports World, and TK Maxx.
The joint owners are in advanced negotiations with retailers for the remaining four units, which have all been constructed with mezzanine floors.
