New Look appoints Tesco’s Mike Iddon as chief financial officer
High street fashion retailer has recruited Tesco group finance director Mike Iddon as its new chief financial officer.
Currently holding the position of group finance director, planning, treasury and tax at Tesco, Iddon has worked for 13 years with the supermarket where his previous roles have included UK finance director, finance director for Tesco South Korea, group property finance director, and non-food finance director. Prior to Tesco, Iddon held senior positions at Kingfisher and Whitbread.
Richard Collyer will remain in the role of interim chief financial officer at New Look until Iddon joins.
New Look chief executive Anders Kristiansen said: “We are delighted to appoint Mike as our new chief financial officer. Mike brings with him an excellent track record and also a highly valuable breadth and depth of experience of the retail sector.”
