Narciso Rodriguez to advise Banana Republic
US fashion retailer Banana Republic has appointed designer Narciso Rodriguez to an advisory role within the company.
Rodriguez will work in partnership with Simon Kneen, Banana Republic’s executive vice president of design and creative director, and his first project will be the brand’s Fall 2013 collection.
Banana Republic said it had created the role specifically for Rodriguez as it looks to build on the strengths of the brand.
