M&S strengthens international leadership team
M&S has bolstered its international leadership team with three key senior appointments.
Manish Kapoor, formerly with Pepe Jeans, has joined as managing director for M&S India. Meanwhile, Victoria Jones, previously chief product and merchandising officer at Clarks, has been appointed as commercial director, international.
Additionally, Richard Davies has been promoted to international partnerships director after previously serving as head of category for brands at M&S.
All three will report to Mark Lemming – M&S managing director, international, who was appointed to the role last year.
Lemming is currently working to reset the international business as it looks to build strong foundations for future growth through capital light partnerships and a multi-platform online business. .
