Mothercare signs at Hardwick Retail Park, Kings Lynn

UBS Global Asset Management, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let space at Hardwick Retail Park in Kings Lynn to Mothercare UK.
The leading specialist retailer of parenting and children’s products has agreed a new 10-year lease on a store totalling 8,800 sq ft (817 sq m). Mothercare will pay an annual rent of £20 per sq ft (£215 per sq m), equating to £176,000.
Johnny Rowland, director at Savills, comments: “Mothercare will be a great Open A1 use to add to the already strong tenant mix at Hardwick Retail Park, which includes established national retailers such as Carpetright, Currys and Argos.”
