Moss Bros appoints Zoe Morgan as non-exec director

Menswear retailer Moss Bros has appointed retail sector marketing specialist Zoe Morgan as a non-executive director.

Morgan has a background in marketing multi-site retail and financial businesses having worked as marketing director at Boots plc and HBoS. Her most recent executive role was as group marketing director of the Co-operative Group where she developed the first unified brand for the Co-operative movement.

Debbie Hewitt, Moss Bros chairman, said: “We are delighted to welcome Zoe to Moss Bros Group as non-executive director. She has considerable experience of working at Board level with businesses of multi-brand, multi-site operations. We believe her experience will enable her to make an immediate contribution to the Company and to build on our progress.”

Morgan added: “I look forward very much to joining the Moss Bros board. It has a great senior management team and Board who have made much progress in repositioning the business and restoring it to profitability. I believe that there is considerable potential to grow and develop the business as the most admired destination for Men’s formalwear.”
