Morrisons fourth non-exec position still vacant

Company says that the self imposed deadline was not seen internally as “being a huge issue”
The supermarket group recruited three non-executive directors on June 20. It said at the time it would update the market after four weeks, a deadline which passed yesterday.
A spokesman said “We didn’t want to rush into anything for the sake of meeting our own deadline.”
